This luxury townhome development, in the heart of West Chester Borough, was completed in 2019. In 2017, in conjunction with Civil Engineer D.L. Howell Associates, Stuart and Associates provided Land Development and Landscape Architecture Services during the lengthy development process.
Developer, Francis Iacobucci LLC preserved the former Claude Raines estate, while Bello Architects designed the 5 unique homes on the site. The private garden, designed to access both properties, was based on English Courtyard principles and compliments the classic Greek Revival Style of Architecture.
