WHO WE ARE

Stuart and Associates, LLC. is a Land Planning and Landscape Architectural Firm located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.  Our firm has extensive experience in Land Planning, Landscape Design, Site Analysis, Land Development Feasibility Studies, and Graphic Design.  Completed projects include all phases of development, including office and industrial parks, residential development (both single and multi-family projects), park and recreational areas, and numerous commercial, institutional and civic projects. Stuart and Associates, LLC. was founded in 2020, previously operated as Orsatti and Stuart Associates, Inc. For more information on the history of our firm, check out the history tab.

In this ever-evolving industry, Stuart and Associates, LLC has been pushing the limits of land planning and landscape architecture to provide innovative dynamic ideas that respect the environment and our clients goals.  As we grow, adding team members with fresh ideas and creating a more collaborative environment, we are continually updating our identity in the process.
