Builders Inc. tasked Stuart and Associates to create a lush and environmentally conscious landscape at their newly renovated headquarters. The team worked through the land development process, as well as provided supplemental owner upgrades to create a beautified landscape for colleagues to enjoy while they work and dine on the outdoor terrace.
Throughout the construction administration phase, the Stuart Team partnered with the construction team to ensure the foundation landscape, parking lot islands, and rain garden design intent was executed in a meticulous manner. Rich in biodiversity and ecology, the plant palette implements emergent species along the pond edge, a new street tree program, native evergreen trees, and an understory landscape consisting of shrubs, perennials, and groundcovers. After being installed for one year the site has flourished and shows signs of plant colony establishment and an abundance of services to local pollinators.
