The Summerhill Development at Exton Knoll is a unique homestead that mimics a townhome-living community of 202 units designed for greenspace livability and social connectivity. The development is conveniently located adjacent to the highly sought out Chester County Trail, where users can access the trail in minutes and the natural beauty of Exton Park. Furthering the site’s desirability, the access to Route 202 and business Route 30 is easily desired.

With the use of heavy wood timber and natural stone, the Amenity Courtyard compliments the communal Clubhouse’s alpine-esque architecture. The Courtyard provides multi-use spaces within its setting, awhile creating an open viewshed, framed by tree allees, in order to connect all community members. The Courtyard features a centrally located Fireplace Pavilion with demanding grilling nooks, intimate resting areas for conversation, an 1,820 SF resort style pool with a rustic pool house shade structure, a tot-lot for younger crowds, and a small and large synthetic turf dog park for our four legged pals.

This project started leasing this past spring (2024) and has been successful as the project team puts on their finishing touches.
