The Stuart team was engaged by the Pulte Group to develop a site plan for a residential community in Concord Township, Pennsylvania. The 22.5 acre tract was formerly a chip and putt recreation center that has been shuttered for many years.
Working hand-in-hand with the client, our team developed a program for 250+ stacked townhomes, sidewalk networks, stormwater management facilities, landscape buffers and open space.
Currently the plan is in the township approval process, and a start date for construction has not been established.
