The materiality pays homage to its site’s past through historic rich materials like brick and stone. Natural elements like wood and boulders bring back the natural terrain.
The once brownfield site has been transformed for residents to reconnect with the landscape through mass native plantings, an open lawn for various activities, an enclosed dog park, outdoor dining with opportunities for grilling, and outdoor fire nooks.
