The Development at Prickett Preserve is part of a larger master plan that includes the adjacent town center that is currently being constructed. The master plan includes the anchor of Wegmans, multiple local shops, and the multi-family development which our team had the honor to work on. The residential side of the development incorporates a luxury clubhouse and courtyard for the surrounding residents.
The clubhouse and courtyard is seemed together with a strong axis walk. The courtyard includes fire elements nestled in a decorative brick paving field, kitchen and grilling stations, a custom pool complete with a sun shelf and lap lane, synthetic turf areas for recreation and sport, an enclosed dog park, and structures throughout for sunny or rainy days.
