The Stuart team was contracted by Liberty Property Trust to work on the redevelopment of 30 year old office building in the Great Valley Corporate Park. The dated 6,000 sf Class ‘B’ office space was stripped down to its structural elements and rebuilt as modern Class ‘A’ office space.
We provided a landscape aesthetic that accentuated the new building facade, while incorporating the need for on-site stormwater retention. A unique paving design, modern site future, and unique plantings make this building a standout in this evolving regional office park.
